Hare stats

WingCo wanted these stats so he could see who was the most random hare - ie. the highest ratio of unique venues to hashes set. Bet he wishes he hadn't asked now.
I think I'll need to work on the algorithm so we can weight those peeps who have done loads of hashes a bit more, but hey, here it is.
