Not everyone's cup of tea (even if the idiosyncratic landlady would deign to serve you one) but if you're allowed into the front room, it's like stepping back in time.

“Let’s do the timewarp again”
“There’s a guy over in the main bar, who comes from down the road in his slippers, then just sits here all evening - very odd” [Whipping Boy]

“It’s bloody freezing sitting here by a door which takes about 1 minute to close, and even then, it’s ajar” [Barney, aka ‘Special K’ to all & sundry…..but mainly sundry]
